Cheese Mats

Cheese mats - not just for cheese!

Work great for keeping product submerged in jars when pickling and fermenting vegetables. I just cut the mat to slightly bigger than the neck of the jar and push it in on top of the veggies to keep them submerged.

I didn't like the product; it's extremely stiff, even after being pressed down by something heavy for two weeks, it remains rolled up.
