I really like my ceramic mug, I purchased this one because my other one broke. Love the new color. Tastes so much better than drinking out of a metal lined thermos

Comfortable and functional

I love this mug for making coffee in the morning and being able to carry it while commuting. Only small issue is that beverages don't stay hot for too long

Just say NO! Unfortunate purchase and no returns allowed.

Horribly disappointed in both the product and their customer service. This is listed as a "travel mug" but doesn't retain heat and doesn't seal. From the time I filled it from my local coffee shop - with fresh brewed drip coffee, brewed on demand - until I arrived at my office 15 mins later it was less than lukewarm. I contacted Customer Service and was told once a mug is used it cannot be returned or exchanged. I'll never purchase from Ello again and have told everyone I know, in person and on every possible platform available, to avoid the brand.
