Modern Wood Hook - Walnut & Beech Wood

For this price, I expected beautiful wooden pegs. These looked like they were made by someone in woodshop in seventh grade. There are marks all over them and one of them was a different color completely than the others I had to make three request returns to the company before our response then I had to send them pictures to prove that I wasn’t lying now I’ve been waiting two days for my return label. I will never buy anything from this company again terrible experience terrible product.

Nice hook, wrong hardware

The hook itself is nice but the hardware that was sent with it is not compatible. Also, no sort of installation instructions were provides beyond what’s on the website.

Excellent product and customer service

The hooks I ordered were exactly as advertised - sturdy and beautifully crafted. When I found that one set was sent to me without the necessary hardware, Bellver immediately sent me the mounting hardware, along with a few extras.
