My mom absolutely loved the crystal box flowers. It was a unique and special gift for her milestone birthday, she cried “happy tears”! 🥹💜

The experience was good.

I’ll start by saying that the item I received is lovely. However, I did not receive the item I ordered. I emailed the support team the day I got my order (2/15) a picture of the roses I received and asked to exchange them for the ones I ordered. A week passed and I never received a response. I sent a follow up email on 2/21, explaining the situation once more and asking for an exchange. As of writing this review on 2/25, I have still not received a response.
