Trio of Mini Red Roses

I would have really enjoyed these flowers, however my flowers arrived mashed in the shipping box, and my personalized note that I also ordered to be included was missing. This was a gift for my wife and was time sensitive. I am disappointed in the fulfillment and packaging of these roses I purchased.
