Air Filter Set for Aspen

I was informed that I needed to set up a filter replacement at the time of purchase. I do not need a new filter until next year! Instead, you sent me a filter immediately and charge me accordingly. When I set up the date of need it was in 2027 not in 2026. Please answer me why the filter was sent out before the requested date? I know I’ll have a filter pack that will sit around for a year and I’m sure you’ll wanna send me another one to keep my #Warranty intact? Please tell me how to correct this as it doesn’t seem there is a direct path.

It has been a very effective filter. I have had it for a year and just changed the filter. Very easy to do.

Because I suffer from severe pollen allergies during spring and early summer, I purchased an Aspen two years ago. It works. The air filter set sufficiently clears the air in my house, reducing my allergies to minor sniffles. Highly recommended.
