The Chuck Roast that I ordered was so tender to eat. I cooked as a Mediterranean dish, people couldn’t get enough of it.

It was delicious, made it with onion soup mix, cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup and 5 cans of water. Browned the roast on both sides, poured soup mixture over roast. Turned into a wonderful gravy for over noodles. Gravy would have been just as good over mashed potatoes.
Roast was tender and cut with a fork, couldn't have turned out better!!!
Will purchase again...
