Magnesium

The Biosphere magnesium is so easy to take. It tastes awesome, I opted for the lemon lime, and have recommended to several people. So much nicer than taking in pill form.

It is the best relief I have had to prevent muscle cramps during sleep and wether it is from physical exercise or lack of rest, this product gets the job done.

I have used this a couple of times and love it ,,it lasts a long time [LONGER THAN OTHER i HAVE TRIED ] and tastes really good ,,defiantly recommend it and will have another order going in soon
