Having visited the Bakewell Store over Christmas while visiting with Family. I am delighted with my purchase, the colour was not available to me in store, as this was a first time purchase I was able to try on boots and find the correct fitting required and my boots were delivered to me in record time.

Relying on an old friend!

I have had a pair of black suede Heeled Reginas for nearly as long as Fairfax & Favor has been operating; they still look and feel as good as new. We had a very important event last week - an Investiture at Windsor Castle. I had planned on wearing my well loved black boots - that is how good they still look! But at the last minute I had a change in colour scheme and my old friends just did not work. So I invested in a blue pair and they were superb. They arrived very quickly, but I still had very little time to wear them in. However I was still happily wearing them much later that evening. I felt so smart in my new boots and I know that I will continue enjoying them for many years to come.
