Beautiful boots and the best customer service

Recently purchased my first pair of F&F boots from your Bawtry store. What a lovely experience from the moment we walked into the store. The lovely Jules too excellent care of me in your beautiful store. Sipping champagne in such comfortable surroundings is definitely my kind of shopping experience. I was was anxious that the boots wouldn't fit my "sporting" calves but they did. I struggle with riding boots so was anticipating a problem. So happy with the boots. The quality is truly exceptional and they are so comfortable! I even spent 5 hours walking around the Trafford Centre the next day without any problems. A very customer and both myself and my husband were most impressed with the exemplary customer service.

I bought these for my wife. I was very worried about buying them online. However the customer service was superb. There are lovely reassuring people on the phone who just made everything easy and pleasant. My wife did have to change the size and we decided to go to a store. Again the customer service was amazing. The manager at the Stow-on-the-wold store looked after us incredibly well. The boots were sized and some really useful tips passed on. The boots themselves are of outstandingly high quality and worth every penny. My Wife loves them.
