The ladies in the Holt store couldn’t be more helpful, all a very pleasant nature and there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble in helping me make decisions on my purchases. I will definitely be returning to get more excellent products with an excellent level of service.

I received my beautiful heeled Regina boots. What has happened. The quality is not as good now. I have two other pairs, which are so much better. They look great but don't feel it, or worth the money. Rather disappointing this time.
