King Salmon Portion - 1ct

I love, love, love salmon, and this king salmon does not disappoint. The individual pieces are large and thick, tender and flaky with a lot of fat content. I brushed with evoo, seasoned with blackened seasonings and broiled, turning over once to crisp the skin. Yum! So tender, you don’t need the evoo. Customer service is astounding as well. One of my pieces was not vacuum sealed, and the salmon looked like it could possibly be freezer burnt. So I contacted customer service, and they shipped out another replacement. Great company to work with, delicious fish.
