This is a great price for so many cashews. I love how THICK and creamy this makes my "creamer," even when I fill the water to the min or max line in my Almond Cow (and not just using the cup only). Cashew "milk" is perfect. I blend twice so there's almost nothing left over in the basket with just a little bit of salt. It separates in the fridge so just a quick shake and pour. Love, love, love! One of my favorite things ever to mix in my coffee, matcha, and cacao for hot chocolate.
