I recently purchased the pmd-kiss thru Boxycharm. I’d had my eye on this little device for some time & was ecstatic to be able to purchase it finally. Upon opening up everything I realized that it was missing the lip serum as well as the anti aging lip sheets that were supposed to have come with it. So I was a little disappointed. I thought I may as well try & see if customer support could help me cuz I knew contacting boxycharm it would have just been a bust. I couldn’t believe how amazing Linda in customer care was to me, especially when they weren’t obligated to do anything for me since I didn’t purchase the device thru them. She was so awesome & right away sent out the missing items no problem. One of the best customer supports I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this product as it is the best little device including the serum & the sheets as they all work together for amazing results...and don’t forget the best customer care around.
