It was still shipped real wet .needed to be whipped down ....not real cold so the packaging is just soso coming this far . Taste was good , but why do we need this much? Way too much came ....somewhat a waste to send this much ...gd taste. Gets a 5 plus

We have been buying a Belgian dolce gorgonzola for years. This cheese has replaced it for us, esp if we use it with sauces. It works well for a pear, turnip au gratin or with Alex Guarnascheli’s rutabaga and pear gratin. Hers is a wickedly good side dish at Thanksgiving. (Although she is more mischievous than wicked). Let it soften to just above room temp for spreading. .

Classic Gorgonzola!

This sweet Gorgonzola was great, just what I would expect to get in a top restaurant in Lombardia or Piemonte. We buy it in bulk, cut it up and freeze it - the slices thaw very nicely.
