Lovely pattern! I recently found an older Pleasant Company Kirsten at a thrift store, and this was perfect for her first dress. As she’s a good inch larger in her body than modern dolls, it took some careful adjusting to get the sizing right for her, but the end result was perfect! I definitely think she’ll need a few more dresses from this pattern in the future.

My daughter is reading the Little House on the Prairie books to her 5 year old. This dress, along with an apron and a bonnet that I made, will make for some fun re-enactments. Nicely packaged, the dress arrived quickly. It’s a gift so unsure at this time how well it will git.
