We have a chicken Shahi Masala almost every week. My teenage boys - as well as me - can’t get enough of it. The flavours are out of this world and at just the right spice level to suit everyone. We will be using this blend for many years to come.

Mrs Singh wins new friends.

I already have this selection amongst my Balbir Singh spice selection. I ordered these for delivery to friends who are great curry lovers but who had not heard of the great Mrs Balbir Singh collection. Following, the day of arrival, my friends were out buying the other ingredients need to make a Shahi Chicken Masala. Naturally they were very impressed with the result. So, job done!

Lightly Spiced Masala, I forgot to add the onions until late and probably added too much cream instead of following the recipe properly but very tasty nonetheless.
