Smooth & Glossy Shampoo

I wanted to like this product but it is causing me to break out. This product gets a one star because the return policy is ridiculous. You get 14 days to return a product from when you purchase the item. For beauty products, I feel like 30 days to return should be standard since it can take up to a month for your body/skin to adjust to a product. My skin is not compatible with the ingredients here so unfortunately I am unable to use this product. Again, ridiculous return policy. I would have happily exchanged it for a different product, such as their body lotion or bubble bath. Oh, well.

Loved the way my hair felt after shampooing it felt like i gad put conditioner on but it was shampoo

I’ve only used it twice so far, so a bit soon to tell, but my hair seems to be looking smoother.
