Not consistent

I always get the chocolate, the first one was creamy, mixed well and was delicious. The second one was grainy and clumpy, wouldn't mix, third one was good, now this 4th one will be my last. Not a rich chocolate flavor anymore, strong bitter artificial sweetener after taste.
