Ordered for Baking, but didn't make it that far!

I ordered the 81% Calceta for holiday baking. I opened it to try it and started snacking regularly. Ha ha - I may need to buy more for baking... It's a rich, roasty, chocolatey flavor. Wonderful melt, well-balanced flavor. Just enough sweetness. Perfect.
