Sea Bream - Dorade Fillets ~10oz

This fish is so good I can hardly believe it! It’s like being back in Europe close to the Mediterranean. Be careful not to overcook it-–it dries out quickly.

Loved grilling this Dorade just a few minutes on each side for a quick unique dinner for some guests. Fillets looked small compared to the box they came in but they cooked up and were decent size portions. I’ll look to Fourstar the next time I need something special.
