Poor sizing

I do not think any seam allowances were included although the pattern said they were. I cut the corresponding size for my granddaughter but even though I was very careful to use the correct seam allowances the bodice came out 2.5 inches too small. Fortunately I had just enough fabric to cut again. I had to cut the age 8 to get the correct size for age 6. My granddaughter is very slim but no way would this fit. I have different fabric to make for another 6 year old granddaughter so will cut age 8 for her even though she too is very slim

I would recommend this dress pattern.

Love all of it. Being able to see all the different steps and finished dresses is very helpful. Again, love it all.
