Happy with the outcome but needs some improvements
I’m happy with how it turned out but I’m not a true beginner and I feel like there were some steps left out that a beginner could get confused about. A few things that stood out. 1. The shorts pattered didn’t have the grainline direction that I could find. 2. At one point the steps don’t include if it needed to be right sides together. 3. The steps for the gusset was really confusing and I could never find where the gusset cut out was. I ended up skipping that step but would have liked to have added it if I knew where that was. 4. Sizing seemed to be off for the shorts. I read all the directions and reviews on FB before cutting and still feel like I could have sized up one more. I will for sure make this again now that I know how it fits and how comfy it is!

easy sew, not great sizing
i love this set, except the sizing is off exponentially. The shorts in a small are more size 8 in kids, while the shirts are extremely large.
