Light Roast Premium "AA" Tie Guan Yin Anxi Oolong Tea

Great gentle flavor

This is very light. Recommend brewing close to boiling for the most flavor. I personally wanted something a little bolder but if you’re looking for something on the lighter side this may be just right. GREAT aroma!

Could use more roast

I understand there are differences in taste, and that this tea is for those who prefer a less pronounced roast, but I think a darker fry is really necessary for this style. Something is lost keeping it on the greener, unoxidized side, and this tea wasn't something I wanted any more of.
