Okay

Probably 33% damage to the bark cambium layer at the base of the tree. Not sure what happened but I guess I will see where it goes from there. Also the tree had just been moved to a 7 gallon container. I have left it in it so it will grow some roots to try and fill the larger container. Overall not real happy with outcome.

Bought an Acachairu plant.

Arrived in a thin cardboard box that was crushed. Top of the plant was bent (broken) 6 inches down, so I had to cut it down. Root system was small and week. I love the fruit so I planted it carefully with a lot of TLC. Hoping for the best, considering I paid $160 plus FedEx level shipping. You should provide a stronger box for shipping an expensive plant.
