Inedble and a clumpy mess

I just had to throw both of my products out. I purchased both the Pure and the Chocolate. From day 1- it just never ever blended. I'm talking a huge mess every time- weather blender, cold fluid, mixed with a small amount of warm or hot fluid- it never blended and just ended up being a mess and wasting the rest of the shake. And I like the ingredients, and kept trying to make it work. It's a disappointment because I am a fan of this brand's collagen powder. But this product is a huge no- it just is simply inedible.
