I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered customized macarons for my daughter’s birthday, specifically requesting that they include a “Happy Birthday” message. That customization was the main reason I chose this company. Unfortunately, the macarons arrived without the custom message, making the order incomplete and not what I paid for. This was a special occasion, and the mistake was extremely disappointing. I expected my order to be fulfilled exactly as requested and as advertised on your website. I am requesting a refund because the order was not completed as promised. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again and cannot recommend it to others.
