No Drop In Cholesterol

I've been taking the Bergamot, daily as directed on the bottle, for quite some time and yet I have seen no drop in my cholesterol levels at my last few blood draws. I had truly hoped to see some result even if only a small drop. I will continue to take for now and hopefully see a change soon.

It’s been about a month since I started taking Bergamot. Easy to take and no aftertaste. Too early for benefits.

I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this supplement, but I appreciate the guidance on dosing provided by Naomi. My next health check will be right about the 90 day mark of taking this supplement, so I’m curious to see what my cholesterol panel will reveal… hopefully improved numbers!
