Magnesium Glycinate

This is the second time I received the wrong order. Now its my responsibility to pack it up and pay for shipping. Customer service was not helpful thinking that I ordered the wrong item twice now! I was given an address to mail the product back to, but was not issued a shipping label as it says it sends in rhe refund policy. The item was unopened.

Relaxing effect but difficult to ingest

I take 2 capsules in the evening to help with sleep. I have been taking it faithfully for several weeks. Because of gastrointestinal issues, I resorted to emptying the capsules into a beverage. Although I don’t experience uninterrupted sleep, I do notice a relaxation effect. I will continue with the two bottles I ordered and decide whether to reorder.
