J-Life Asa No Ha Purple Buckwheat Hull Pillow

These pillow are really firm but it help me when i sleep on my side. I usually have back pain in the morning. But i slept using these pillows and my back feels really good.

So far it’s been really great. The first night or two was a little stiffer as a side sleeper but once the futon started to fluff up a few day later it has been perfect. Everything is great quality and I’m so happy I switch to this from my traditional western mattress. I don’t feel stiff in the mornings anymore.

First time user, and I approve

This is my first time using a buckwheat pillow. It's a lot more firm than I thought it would be. I was taken aback in the beginning, but it's actually been a comfortable experience. Especially when I lay on my side, I feel extra support that I don't get with other pillow fillings. It's also helped ease some of the chronic tension in my neck.
