Multi-Use and Travel Friendly
This bag is extremely versatile, it holds all the books, technology, and gear used to take several college courses. It has enough pockets to hold everything and keep things organized. It has also functioned as a travel bag to multiple countries overseas and is tough enough to weather the elements and hard use. This bag has been a great investment that will be used as both a day to day carry bag and for ongoing travel adventures for years to come.

Almost perfect!
This is a great bag. The front pocket organization is perfect for how I pack—the 3D pockets on the front enable me to separate small tech accessories, toiletries, snacks, sunglasses, etc., from the main cavity of the bag and keep those items easily accessible during transit. Items like that have always taken up a material portion of my bag volume, but in many other bags, the front pockets are essentially flat envelopes that don’t have the volume or ergonomics to conveniently store all of those small items, so I end up putting them in the main pocket. The Synapse solves that problem. I also love the straps and the general aesthetic of the bag.
I say the bag is “almost perfect” because I also own a Synik, and the Synik does improve upon the Synapse in a few undeniable ways other than just the clamshell opening (nicer top handle, built in frame sheet, built in laptop compartment). However, I acknowledge that the Synik is a more expensive bag, and I take the Synapse for what it is.

LOVE My Synapse!
I've been a long-time fan of the Synapse. I bought a Synapse 19 in 2014 and have been using it ever since. When I saw the agave color I knew I needed to upgrade so I bought the Synapse 25. It has all the great organizing features of the Synapse 19, but a bigger capacity, which I need because I'm go to the Library a lot and I live in the city so I need something I can easily carry as an everyday pack. I've paired it with the Freudian Slip and it's just an awsome bag.
