Great bag
I previously bought the smaller version of this bag for a specific purpose and have been using it heavily for over a year. I was looking for a daily carry bag to hold a small lunch, my water bottle, and odds and ends I like to have handy. After trying several other messenger bag type options, I bought this and haven’t had any regrets. The workmanship and design of these bags is great!! Worth every penny.

The Tom Bihn Pilot is an organizational masterwork. It is practically a black hole given it's size. I am beyond impressed and am particularly fond of the 420 Spectron versions.
If you are looking for a personal item sized bag in a messenger/briefcase sryle, this is a péfect option.

Perfect personal item
First use was for a trip to Europe. The bag held two full frame camera bodies, three lenses, as well as my iPad mini, travel document pouch, headphones, charger block and with room left over for other travel accessories. I am amazed at how much this bag held yet still fit under the seat in front of me still with plenty of room for my feet.
