Great carry-on bag
This bag is perfect for a maximum-sized carry-on bag (I flew Lufthansa). I am traveling in Europe for four weeks and was able to fit everything I need for the trip along with a Synik 22 as my personal item.

2nd bag of this kind as good as the first
My last Aeronaut I inherited from my late father; it was after many years showing signs of wear. Thrilled to replace it. It is amazing how much one can fit in it, and although I don't use the backpack mode often, it is useful to have.

Solid bag
I've used a Patagonia MLC for the past two decades. This is a solid replacement/addition. I just used it on trip with multiple flights and on/off a boat. Worked well and I would recommend. The size of the handle vs my old Patagonia took some getting used to, but it's much softer more cushioned. Would recommend.
