I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND I REBOUGHT IT IN A DIFFERENT SHADE AND I AM STILL VERY PLEASED WITH IT

Wrong Product

I’ve been using this concealer for years and it’s great. I ordered a new one and was sent a lipliner. I reached out to customer service to try to get the correct product. They said as a “one time courtesy” they could give me a refund or store credit but would not send me the correct product. I don’t understand why this is their policy when it isn’t my fault I received the wrong product. Will not order from their website again.

This concealer is one of my absolute essentials! Love how it sits on my oily/dry combination skin!! So happy I could purchase this online, since I couldn’t get it at Mecca recently (is that just an Australian thing? Cause I don’t mind the new formula they had but nothing I’ve used has compared to this product in my books!)
