Brow Harmony Precision Pencil

The perfect eyebrow pencil! I have tried many pencils, none of which did a good job but this one is perfect! Makes my brows look fuller and completely natural. Stays on well, although I find in hot weather I do need to reply sometimes but even stays on in the water. Highly recommend!
