Vigorous and Spicy Spinach

I grew Komatsuna spinach in the hydro garden. It spouted in 2 days and produced lovely dark green leaves that provide a wonderful spicy addition to my lettuces. After 3 days, it is ready to harvest again. This spinach is a vigorous and healthy plant that produces wonderfully.
