Indiana Jones Leather Strap for Gas Bags

I bought this to replace the strap on an older gas mask bag I had but whose strap was far too short. This is a good strap with a great length leaving the buckle at a great position. The leather is nice. It’s substantial and so sturdy but stiff initially. If I’m quoting a film I probably should say you could hang off a tank barrel with it! The surface colour is pretty thick so if trying to weather this it’s going to take a bit more than the green pad scourer mentioned in the coats section -if that’s your intention.. It’s a dead easy thing to fit on any bag with D or 0 ring attachments. I admit I thought it was a little dark and ‘new looking’ for my bag and so did do some weathering and it looks amazing now and with a little effort (due to the thicker more substantial nature of it)- the colour lightens and the overall look is fantastic. It’s strong, easy to fit- slightly harder to weather but worth the effort. Very happy buyer! Would very much recommend buying this if investing in any Indy bags.

It's a great strap to go with the gas mask bag. It took a while to attach to the bag. Once on and adjusted it's comfortable to wear, looks good. Great product, it arrived quickly and in good condition
