Not doing much

I’ve used this product before and it worked wonders. Doesn’t seem to be doing anything for me this go. When I stirred it with a fork I expected to see herbs in the bottom. (Reason for stirring?) It just seems like clear salve with no herbs. 🤷‍♀️
