Okay but too thick

It is a cross between American Mint jelly and real mint sauce a là Cross and Blackwell’s! It is good however on lamb sandwiches.

Hi, well everything arrived in a timely fashion. Sadly the boxes were in a very bad state, clearly someone had been playing football with them. And it was both parcels affected, not just one.

As good as home-made

In the old days, when I was much younger and had a hugh garden to maintain, I made my own mint sauce once a year. But nowadays I’m glad I can buy Colman’s mint sauce online through British Essentials. Mint sauce is also one of those flavours one cannot find in Belgium. I need it whenever I serve lamb, and meanwhile my (Flemish) wife is also addicted to this combination.
