I did 2 eggs and 75 ml milk and 75 ml water. I let the batter rest for 3 hours before putting the batter in large/giant muffin tin that was preheated and oiled with butter mixed with oil . Set the timer and checked them 5 minutes earlier because I am using a professional oven. They rised really tall and were perfect.

These Yorkshire puddings are delicious and so easy to make. I bought some for my daughter in South Africa as she loves them.They were the only thing she wanted when I came on holiday. They turn out perfectly every time and how can you have Sunday dinner without Yorkshires?
