I was craving ketchup and crisps, and sadly, you were sold out, which I understand this can happen; however, wouldn’t it be nice if you knew that you were sold out of something that you would write a quick note and say hey, we’re sold out, but will let you know as soon as they come in and then send a follow-up email “ The crisps are back again” Also...I had to come to you to ask for a refund. In other words, I had to remind you! Not good 😌
