Not received after 45 days

Bought items with 130 euros. It’s been 45 days. Got stuck in customs because Finnish mail carrier didn’t receive all information required. It just says it’s too late now to try to clear it myself. I did try it on customs website just not sure if my package still is unharmed anywhere. So, no biscuits. I would have liked the British treats. I have tried them before
