Suehiro Ouka #3000

Item shipped out really fast from Hong Kong to US in a few days. Well packaged and protected, amazing service. I have a Suehiro Cerax #1000 and a #8000 finishing stone so this will hopefully fill in the gap. Only received yesterday but I have deburred my gyuto (Aus 10) with the Ouka #3000 and the edge is superb without going to further stone. Ouka #3000 is smooth and gives good feel for the edge of the blade. Very happy with stone and service.
