Is a dose a level or heaping scoop?

I like the flavor, but the sweet messy stickiness is a real challenge. I keep it and the Biotics powder in a big ziplock type bag with a funnel to control powder puffage and reclaim the inevitable spillage in the bag from opening/closing the lids. I use it in a 1. 1/2 quart container of water and add fresh lemon juice to cut the sweetness. I serve it up as a chaser for my Lakoniko olive oil shot, as lemonade or rehydrator, and as a snack poured over a serving of frozen blueberries in a mason jar.

It taste like orange soda… but it is healthier than those orange juice full of sugar and unhealthy
