I absolutely LOVE these cups!! They’re so beautiful and unique and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I ordered one for my mom’s birthday and UPS lost it, and then decided it wasn’t their problem and that I would need to contact the shipper. Yuki was so wonderful to deal with and sent me a replacement for the one UPS lost
