The pictures sho it is dark but has some color. There is a tiny bit of super dark brown texture but for the most part it is black with a brown rim. It has a super reflective glaze on black. Any color comes from what I am wearing. My BF loves it. It is not my favorite.

Shipping was fast. Craftsmanship was excellent! So many unique colors under the lights. I can't wait to see their face on Christmas morning! Thank you again for such a beautiful gift!
