Good work Teddy. Great info and good explanations. Basics and the Flavour here with this course. Even if experienced you'll pick up some great stuff you could add to your boxing and knowledge.

I'm not a good person to give a review, because I'm a big Ted Atlas FAN. So I think everything he teaches is great! The concept is wonderful, and the video is well thought out. Check it out for yourself, you'll like it!

Brilliant! Teddy’s wisdom always on shines through and the chemistry between him and Kenny is making for better tutorials with every series. If I were being picky, I’d like to see more of a technical breakdown of movements to go with the fun names like ‘circling the wagons’ - perhaps a bit more discussion of aiming for 90 degree turns etc. Nevertheless, really enjoyed and as I said previously, they’re getting better with every series :) Keep up the great work guys :right-facing_fist::skin-tone-3::left-facing_fist::skin-tone-3:
