A thickening agent made of natural seaweed as an alternative to agar agar powder. Allows the Vegan Cheese to fully solidify as a firm cheese. Enough to make 8 batches. (1 batch = 1 pound of cheese!)

I got packages that were sold after the best before date and got no response for a couple weeks until I was told it was an error due to mislabelled packaging. Seems sketchy in my opinion.
