Quality of the Rocky Mounts is excellent, and the key lock brings peace of mind when I have to step into a store, etc. Would not want to leave my bikes on the rack overnight because thieves are resourceful. Installation was so easy and the fit on billiebars is secure. Only drawback; these mounts require a “security key” wrench which I don’t own so I had to buy a complete security key wrench set to get just that one wrench that fit correctly. Please include the wrench and charge a few more bucks.
