Better than many

The consistency of this dye is quite thick and oddly "grainy" somehow. Coupled with the narrowness of the pot, it is not the easiest to work with but does get the job done. I found the coverage to be a little light for the recommended setting time so it should be left in much longer than 30 minutes in my experience. It does have great staying power after rinse and first wash, however, so that's an absolute positive. The colour is exactly as on the photos - a very middle ("apple") green - not too yellow and not too blue, so that is perfect. I might try this product again, it seems to be good value.
